Davut Topoğlu, the founder and currently the chairman of the board of Davut Topoğlu Holding, which started its construction activities in the Şişli region of Istanbul in 1981, was incorporated in 1992 and started to continue its activities corporately under the Topoğlu İnşaat brand.

It has become a well-known and reliable company in its region, especially with the buildings it has built in the leading residential and business districts of Istanbul, such as Teşvikiye, Nişantaşı and Osmanbey. It has become the leading construction company in the region because it analyzes the needs and demands of the people living in the region well in its buildings, produces projects appropriate to the architectural and cultural history of the district, and selects the materials used in the buildings from modern, durable and environmentally friendly products.

In 2014, it opened Turkey's first doctor's office center, Vital Fulya Plaza, with the concept of "The healthiest building in the world" and started to provide office services to more than 70 doctors. In the same year, Vital Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. and Vital Management services companies.

In 2019, Vital Otel Turizm A.Ş., a tourism company. By establishing the company, it opened its first hotel in Fulya, which can accommodate an average of 40,000 guests per year.
